Hickey Media course · Founding enrollment
The right tool for the job.
Use AI where it earns its keep. Keep client data where it belongs. Stop sending out work that reads like a robot wrote it.
A course for law firms, medical and dental offices, and small business owners. It covers which AI tool fits which job, how to set it up so client data stays protected, and when a person has to check the work before it goes out.
Founding pre-sale. Founding members get the module release schedule by email.
The problem
Your team is already using AI. Nobody decided how.
Personal accounts, business data
Someone on your team signed up for a free AI account and pasted in a client email, a contract or a patient note. Nobody approved that tool, and nobody checked where that data went.
One tool for every job
The same chatbot writes your meeting notes, your ad copy and your legal summaries. It's good at some of those and shouldn't be touching others.
Fast, and wrong
Drafts go out with invented facts and the same tired phrasing every AI uses. Your clients can tell.
The fix
It's not a prompt problem. It's a setup problem.
A list of prompts won't fix any of that. Three decisions will, made once and written down.
Which tool does which job
What data is allowed in it
How much a person checks before anything ships
How much a person checks depends on what a mistake would cost
Meeting notes, transcripts, internal drafts.
Client emails, social posts, ads. Most business work lives here.
Brainstorming. Nothing sensitive goes in.
Contracts, pricing, legal or patient messages.
Who it's for
Built for some businesses. Not for others.
- Law firms protecting client confidentiality
- Dental and medical offices handling patient information
- Businesses of about 10 to 50 people with no in-house IT
- Owners who've tried ChatGPT or Copilot and want a plan, not more experimenting
- IT teams after a technical security certification
- Anyone looking for prompts to copy and paste
- Developers building AI software
- Anyone who needs legal advice on their specific situation
What you walk away with
Eight modules. Each one ends with something you keep.
Short lessons with me on camera and on screen. Every module ends with a one-page worksheet you fill in for your own business. When you finish, you have a written AI playbook, not a folder of notes.
| Module | You leave with | |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Start here | Your one-page AI ground rules |
| 1 | The AI tool map | A tool-per-job map for your business |
| 2 | Safe setup (includes law firm and healthcare lessons) | An approved-tool list and settings checklist |
| 3 | Speed vs quality | Your tasks sorted into the four modes |
| 4 | Avoiding slop | A voice guide and a three-check review |
| 5 | Workflows by industry | The three workflows you'll start with |
| 6 | Policy and rollout | A written AI use policy and 30-day plan |
| 7 | When to hand it off | A do-it-yourself vs managed decision sheet |

Questions
Straight answers.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can sign in to an email account, you can follow this.
How long does it take?
Lessons run about 5 to 12 minutes. Most of your time goes into the worksheets, which is where the value is.
Course or implementation?
If someone on your team has time to do the setup, start with the course. If you want it done and your team trained without doing the coursework, apply for implementation. It includes the course.
Is it safe to put client or patient information into AI?
It depends on the tool, the account and the settings. Modules 0 and 2 cover exactly that: what never goes into a public AI tool, and how to set up the ones you approve.
Which AI tools does it cover?
It isn't built around one tool. It covers chat assistants, writing, image, video, transcription and automation tools, plus the AI already inside Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Is this legal advice?
No. The law firm and healthcare lessons are educational. Talk to your attorney or compliance advisor about your specific situation.
When do modules release?
This is a founding pre-sale. Founding members get the release schedule by email, and another email as each module goes live.
Can I buy for my team?
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Not sure the course fits? Book a call before you buy. Implementation is non-refundable once the kickoff call happens.
