Accessibility statement
We want hickeymedia.com to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen magnifier or other assistive technology.

Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the guidelines most widely used to judge whether a website works for people with disabilities.
What we've done
- A Skip to main content link at the top of every page, so keyboard and screen reader users can go straight past the menu.
- Page landmarks (header, main content, footer) and one main heading per page, so the structure makes sense when read aloud.
- Menus, links and buttons that work with a keyboard.
- Text and background colors checked for readable contrast.
- Written descriptions (alt text) on meaningful images, and text descriptions on charts.
We check pages with automated accessibility tools and fix what they find. Automated tools catch only part of the problems, so we also review pages by hand as we update them.
Known limits
Some parts of the site come from outside services, and we don't control all of their code:
- The booking calendar, forms and chat window run on HighLevel (LeadConnector), the CRM we use.
- Embedded videos play through their hosting service.
Some older posts and downloadable files may not fully meet the guidelines yet. We fix them as we update each one.
If something doesn't work for you
Tell us. Call (561) 468‑3885 or email [email protected]. Let us know which page you were on and what happened. We'll get you the information another way, such as by phone or email, and work on a fix.
