What just happened

There are two kinds of suspension, and the fix starts the same way.

First we find what triggered it. Then we fix the setup and give Google one clean appeal or verification.

Soft suspension

Your listing still shows, but you can't manage it.

You can't edit it, reply to reviews or post updates until it's fixed.

Hard suspension

Your listing comes off Google Maps.

Reviews and photos go with it until Google reinstates it.

Before you click anything

Don't make it worse while you wait.

A lot of the damage happens in the first panicked hour. These four come straight from Google's own help pages.

No new profile

Google doesn't allow a second profile for the same business, so don't start over.

One appeal

Google says you can only submit an appeal once, so make it count.

Stop editing

Leave your name, address and category alone while you wait.

Guard your code

Never share your verification code. Google doesn't ask for it, and it doesn't charge to reinstate a profile.

What it costs you

When you drop off, your competitors move up.

While your profile is down, the businesses near you keep showing up. Tap the toggle to see it.

Someone nearby searches. You show up, and they tap Call.

Fewer calls

Your Call and Directions buttons live on that profile, so they go away with it.

Reviews out of sight

Years of reviews disappear from view along with the listing.

Ads lose your address

Google Ads location assets pull your address from your profile.

AI answers skip you

Google's AI Mode pulls ratings and hours from Business Profiles.

What a month offline could cost you

40calls a month
What is one new customer worth to you?
You could lose about
$7,500

That's roughly 20 missed calls and 5 lost customers in one month.

The $1,500 fee is about 20% of that.

Pick a 15-minute time

An estimate, not a prediction. It assumes your profile is down 30 days, your calls drop by half, and 1 in 4 calls becomes a customer. No fee guarantees a result.

The clock

A few days can turn into weeks.

Google says each review takes up to 5 business days. In our experience it's rarely faster, and we've seen it take 7 business days. If you're rejected, the wait starts over.

Where do you actually work?

A lot of trouble starts when the profile doesn't match how the business really runs. Tap the option that fits you.

Service-area business

Hide your home address and list the areas you serve.

Google's rule
If you don't serve customers at your address, remove it from your profile.
Watch for
Your video still has to show where you operate, your tools or branded gear, and proof you run the business.
A phone recording the front of a small business

The live video

It's one live take, and small things can sink it.

You record it on your phone, through your profile, in one continuous take of at least 30 seconds. You can restart while you're recording, but once you submit, that video is your shot until Google reviews it.

  • Test your signalWalk the route first. A dead spot or an elevator can drop you mid-take.
  • Plan the orderShow where you are, then your sign, then the inside, then proof that you run the business.
  • Keep things outKeep other people's faces and any bank, tax or ID numbers out of the shot.

The exact shot order, the timing and what to do after a "Not successful" result are what we cover together.

Why it costs what it costs

Our founder's mentor tells a story about a boat engine nobody could fix. One guy walks in with a rubber-tipped hammer, taps it once in the right spot, and it fires right up after thirty seconds of work. The bill was a lot more than thirty seconds' worth, and nobody argued.

The tap was easy. Knowing where to tap was the job.

Google writes the rules down. Knowing which ones apply to you, what goes first, and what to show on a live video is what we bring.

That's why the price is flat, it's posted right here, and the first call is free.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you guarantee I'll get reinstated?

No. Google makes every decision, and no one can promise the outcome. What we commit to is the time, the process and someone in your corner at each step.

Can't you just do it for me?

Google's video has to be recorded live from a phone through your profile, so you do the recording while Blake is on the call with you. If you want us on site, we'll quote it.

Do you need my Google password?

No. You stay logged in and in control while we share screens on Zoom. Google says never to share your verification code, and we won't ask for it.

How many tries do I get?

Once you submit a video, that's your shot until Google reviews it, which can take days. If it comes back "Not successful," you can record again, but the wait starts over. An appeal can only be submitted once per issue, so the first one should be right.

Does changing my address mean verifying again?

Yes. Google says if you move after you're verified, you must verify again. A name change might trigger it too.

My coworking space shut down. Am I done?

Usually not. If you go to customers, a service-area setup may fit. If you have a new office, it has to meet Google's rules. We'll sort it out on the free call.

Google is free. Why pay you?

Google doesn't charge to verify or reinstate, and you can do it yourself. People call us when they're already stuck or can't afford a wrong move.
