How it works

Fix your side, then appeal.

  1. Read the notice

We start with the exact policy or verification message in your account, word for word.

  2. Find the cause

We check your ads, landing pages, business details and billing for the likely trigger.

  3. Fix your side

We correct website pages, ads, disclosures and business details before anything is submitted.

  4. Appeal

We submit a clear, accurate appeal or verification through the platform’s own process, and Google or Meta makes the final call.

Our part, and theirs

  1. The notice
  2. Likely cause
  3. Fix your side
  4. Appeal
  5. Google or Meta decides

We handle the first four steps. The platform makes the final decision.

Who helps

Hands-on help from our founder, start to finish.

You work with founder Blake Hickey on the call, in the research and on the appeal. Nothing is handed off.

Every week someone calls Blake with an ad account story: a Google post, or one curse word in a video, and the account gets shut down over a policy. He has seen accounts stay down for more than a year, and one person told him they had been trying to get theirs back for six years. Blake's own Google Ads account was shut down once, which is how he ended up in the Google Ads Help Community, where he still helps people work through account problems.

Blake has been great with google ads accounts. He has great in -depth knowledge only few would have. He know all the ins and out of different bidding strategies…

What should I do if my Google Ads account is suspended?

Start with the notice in your account, because it names the policy or verification issue. Check your ads, landing page, business details and billing for that issue, fix what you find, and then appeal through Google’s own process. Don’t open a new account to get around the suspension, since that can break Google’s rules. Google makes the final decision.

Can you get my account back?

No one can promise that. Google and Meta make the final decision. What we can do is find the likely cause, fix what's on your side and help you submit a clear, accurate appeal.

Why do accounts get suspended?

Common triggers include policy issues in ads or landing pages, verification problems, payment issues and restricted categories like health, finance and legal. The notice in your account is the starting point.

Should I open a new account instead?

Usually not. Creating a new account to get around a suspension can break platform rules and make things worse. Talk it through with us first.

How fast can you start?

Book a call and bring the suspension notice. We can look at it together on the call.

Do you need my password?

No. You add us as a user from inside your ad account, Business Manager or Business Profile, and you can remove that access when the work is done. Instagram can be the exception; there, we use the safest access the platform allows. Never send a password by email or text.

Do you offer refunds?

No. The $1,500 is paid up front and covers our time, whatever the platform decides.

Let's look at your account notice together.

A free 15-minute call by phone or Zoom. You'll leave with the next two or three moves, and a written proposal if we're a fit.

  1. Pick a time

The calendar is on the contact page. Choose a slot and you're booked.

  2. Talk for 15 minutes

By phone or Zoom. Ask about your ads, your website or follow-up.

  3. Get it in writing

If we're a fit, a written proposal with your exact price before any work starts.

  1. 500+ projects is Blake Hickey's own count of projects since 2006, across past roles and freelance work. Past work doesn't promise future results.
  2. Paid in full up front. No refunds and no guarantee. Google and Meta make the final decision on every appeal and verification.
