Advertising that respects the Bar.

Many Florida lawyer ads have to be filed with The Florida Bar at least 20 days before they run. We plan that window into your launch date, so nothing waits at the last minute.

The call is free. You get a written proposal before any work starts.

Why the rules come first.

Our founder, Blake Hickey, hosts and produces The Florida Bar Business Law Section's continuing legal education series on lawyer advertising compliance, and is a member of the National Association of Advertising Compliance.

That work shapes how we plan, write and design for firms: the rules first, then the creative.

Common questions.

This page is general information, not legal advice.

Do Florida lawyer ads have to be filed with The Florida Bar?

Many do. The Florida Bar asks for ads to be filed at least 20 days before their planned use, with a filing fee per ad. Some things are exempt, including a firm's own website. Check the Bar's current filing page or your counsel for your specific ad.

Do you give legal advice on advertising rules?

No. We plan and build marketing with the rules in mind. You and your counsel have the final word on every ad.

Do you only work with Florida firms?

No. Every state has its own advertising rules, and the plan is built around the ones that apply to your firm.

Can you guarantee more cases?

No. Nobody honest can. Results depend on your market, budget, intake and things outside any agency's control. What we commit to is the work, the timeline and a clear report.
